A global trade analysed. Then it was photographed, with the original, er, filed rather deliciously.<p> <!--break--><p> <p> Guardian graphic artist Jenny Ridley then created the graphic above. It shows interesting things, such as the Netherlands as a global focus of the cocoa trade.
