Day of Action on Supermarkets

As part of the common action day called upon by the Make Fruit Fair! campaign, Koperattiva Kummerċ Ġust staff and volunteers held a banner in front of Malta's top supermarkets:  LIDL stores, Scotts (Conad group), Pavi (Simply Market by Auchan Group), Park Towers Supermarket (national GS group), Smart Supermarket (Tesco products). During the action a banner with the words "Make Fruit Fair" was displayed and a photo with the purpose-made banner in front of each of the supermarkets, as well as distributed fliers explaining the MFF! Project. This was followed up with a letter sent to each group with the photo attached, asking them to start getting fair fresh tropical fruit.

Immediate results: We got one reply from LIDL Italy (since Malta falls under LIDL italy)
